Los Banos Sports (LosBanosSports.com)was established in 2001 to give local athletes a chance to hear from the professionals about what it takes to be successful. Although the interviews are predominately major league baseball players and coaches, the principles apply to succeeding in life itself. Most of the interviews were taped when the athletes were at the minor league level. Some of them were participating in the Arizona Fall League, which takes the top prospects in each organization and is played in October and November. These players are commenting on their experiences and philosophies prior to them becoming major league players. Each in there own way explain how those who are successful, do successful things.
